Should I evolve the lil guy?  Don't know yet.  He's level 42 at the time of this pic and a beast.  Knows Crunch, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail and Rock Tomb.

Wanted to do a poke for a while now, and he came to mind.  The squirt's got a lotta nerve, LOL.

Feels good to draw something lighthearted and cartooney.
