FINALLY COUGHS UP AN ART wtf wow geez it's nice to, y'know, do art sometimes?  When I'm not required to by personal challenges?  *huffs*.  Not sick anymore but body generally doesn't like me so not at the top of my game.  Still tired.  Forgive plz, hope to feel better once college admissions crap is over with UvU

Civilian warfare concept inspired by this joke my politics club friends and I had that I took too far (I wrote a fake NYT article about how we were the last survivors of a Russian invasion of our city, and one of us (a Russian actually) had a tank and it was ridiculous.  But I liked the civilian-rebels-turn-rogue-militia idea so here you go.  

The one on the left's full name is to be decided, but goes by Lt., the position she's taken with a ragtag group that's half enlisted military and half rebel.  She will be something of a symbol for me I guess (I identify very much with the idea of a hyena hybrid for a variety of reasons; I'm still keeping Whitetip as my sona however).  She's not pure anything, so much a mutt that she's what's called a 'scrap mutt' in street slang, a rather rude way of saying that her ancestry is completely bred out.  She has so many roots so far back that she belongs to no country or culture (this isn't set on Earth btw it's an AU).

Smoker is just a fellow soldier.  Lt.'s just a kid but the team has a lot of respect for her brains.  

One layer, a little over an hour.  Wanted to take a speedpaint but don't know how that's gonna work with LS procaster...
