Dragged out my Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue game today and restarted. I kept getting grass types and though I got squirtle one time Relaxed type didn't seem quite like me so when I got lonely and I saw it was Psyduck I was ecstatic. I've never played as Psyduck before and I'm pretty pleased so far, despite the lack of water moves (1st one is hydro pump :/). But I'm lev. 12 and Chase is still stuck at 10 so I seem to have settled about 2.5 lev above him for now. Was lev. 8 after Tiny Woods. Yeah I'd call that fast growth. Hoping it doesn't slow down later but for now am content with disable in my arsenal.
Psyduck is a platypus thanks to ZombieCat14 because I had no idea what to do with it and she suggested it. Platypuses have been like, my fav real animal from when I was really little, I have about 4 stuffed toys of them, one of which I still treasure as my "teddy bear" toy, you know, that one you took everywhere when you were little? Lol. So that was kinda perfect heh heh. But it gets better.
Psyduck is the lonely type; a description that fits me alright. By lonely I'm not like romantically lonely (there's always that one who wonders so I thought I should specify -_-) That's just how my personality turned out cuz of various factors, including but not limited to: Anxiety (in multiple forms), Dorkiness, Apparent unwillingness to conform to my gender role (dresses and skirts go in the donation pile thanks >:[ ) and lack of experience and control in social situations. :/
OMG Flushed away reference! ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxLsYh…. LOL I had to watching this always makes me laugh. I haven't seen the whole movie but I have seen clips.
Also psyduck has weird semi-psychic bursts eheh yeah sometimes prone to jedi moments myself; 'I HAVE A BAD FEELING ABOUT THIS". But that's probs the anxiety.
And in the end psyduck is just... odd. Dorky. <3 Raised one for a while in one of my Pt games. I liked. Should raise again. ^^ Better when you have water gun though :/
Dont ask about her name its a reference from some concept I won't share with you guys I have too many concepts already to bring Zmey and Pango into the mix.
Chase is random name. My friend advised a fire teammate to cover my grASS so I was like "charmander" cuz torchic is only good if you evolve in time for them fighting moves and cyndaquil learns Flamethrower @ 46 vs this dude's 31 so I'm like "IM DONE HERE."
Still working out that concept but I won't have live flame on him that defeats the realistic part -_- Maybe feathers. Would fit well with both mega forms.
Forgot how cute charmander is, haven't raised one in forever.
